Introducing… Heart-warming leftover turkey and barley (or quinoa) soup.
It is dairyfree, eggfree, legumefree, lowglycemic, nutfree, oilfree, porkfree, soyfree, nightshadefree, seafoodfree.
Cook time: 30 min
Ingredients for 6 servings:
6 1/2 cups of water
5 carrots (medium, diced)
½ of sweet onion (diced)
1 ½ tsp of Italian seasoning
1 tsp of sea salt (to taste)
2/3 cup of earl barley or quinoa for gluten-free (you can also use wild rice or buckwheat, uncooked)
